No Return Policy
At Beacon Bikes, all sales are final.
Due to the nature of our products, including bicycles, electric bikes, and accessories, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once a purchase has been completed.
Please Note:
- All bicycles and e-bikes are thoroughly inspected and tested prior to sale.
- Customers are encouraged to ask questions, review specifications, and, when possible, test ride before purchasing.
- Once a product leaves the store or is delivered, it is considered accepted by the customer.
Warranty & Defective Items
- Manufacturer warranties may apply to certain products (including frames, motors, and batteries).
- Any warranty claims must be handled in accordance with the specific manufacturer’s guidelines.
- If you believe your item is defective, please contact us and we will assist in initiating a warranty claim.
Exceptions
- No exceptions will be made for change of mind, incorrect selection, or sizing issues.
- Special orders, custom builds, and sale items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
