I have had a few minor interactions, all positive. Over the summer I was planning a trip to NYC and was thinking of renting ebikes for this. Even though this isn't a usual thing they provide, they were willing to make exceptions for me. Very friendly and eager to help.Over the summer I ran into the owner on bikes. He asked what I thought of my (not a pedego) bike. Again, very nice and easy-going. I asked if they service bikes other than pedego, he said yes.Last week I was having a small problem who's repair was eluding me. They said they could do the job, but not to expect it to be completed on the same day, a Sunday. I agreed that would be fine. Dropped off the bike and got a call back within 2 hours saying it was ready.They also cleaned the bike. It looks beautiful. They found I needed new pads and took care of that at a more than reasonable cost. They are also going to be adding new ebike brands! Good for them growing that business.I have found my local bike shop!

My family had the best experience renting electric bikes from Pedego! The staff was calm, friendly, extremely helpful, and accommodating. They cut the bike seats down to size for my daughter and myself and Kyle the owner went out of his way to guide us thru the town to the bike path. When we asked for an additional bike lock, one of the staff made a special trip to drop one off at our location. The electric bikes were in great condition. They rode smooth and fast. We all had a blast! Thank you!

This place is amazing! They are friendly, professional and the bikes are super high quality. I am a regular cyclist, but had never tried an electric bike before and didn't know what to expect. Kyle, the owner(and a super nice guy) brought out a few bikes for me to try. I decided on a fat tire bike. He took me around a trail and made sure I was comfortable with the bike. I rode the trails in Beacon for 4 hours and had SO MUCH FUN!!! The bike was fantastic! You can ride it like a regular bike, but you can also set the electric to any level you want and it can fly and go up hills with no effort at all! I had the most amazing day!!! Go see Kyle! He will set you up!

Great buying experience. Owner Kyle took time to explain and demonstrate all the functions/operation of different models to make sure we were getting the bikes that met our needs.
